No heat, no males, no babies, just Mama Cat and she sounds tolerable. You may or may not recall that Granny was the neighborhood cat lady and that's exactly what she did. Trap, spay, release. However, she also fed the feral "herd" that hung around her house so she encouraged it. LOL You know I am an animal lover but I doubt that cat is anyone's and she will keep having kittens until she gets too old to unless she is fixed. You could try to catch her and take to one of the no kill shelters if you feel bad about taking her to the humane society.
